Jordan St Jacques: fusing Entertainment, Promotion and Technology
During his journey from the Entertainment & Promotion industries into Technology and Innovation, Jordan St Jacques has spent a lifetime in and around youth events and how to reach youth online at the highest levels of these complementary sectors. The Nightlife Group took care of the DJ work for over 1000 Proms from 1992-2008 (with Jordan having DJed over 100 himself), followed by a move into producing and promoting the largest “teen night” brand in the world under the FX Party brand name from 2004-2013 (soon to be resurrected). Moving into Technology in 2013 under the brand Digitera, Jordan sought to solve various problems and inefficiencies within the Prom world for Prom Committees, Prom-going Students and Prom-centric Vendors alike, which led to the publishing of the Prom Planner online platform as well as it’s complementary assets, all under the banner of National Proms.
The all-new Prom eco-system
Jordan’s main focus currently is the Prom Planner online platform and the entire eco-system around this rather large undertaking. In short, Prom Planner is a series of online digital tools designed for Prom Committees to manage their Prom events. From there, Prom Planner then draws in both Students and Prom-centric Vendors in order to create a triple-sided marketplace that serves to better organize the entire Prom industry!
